To make your stay as pleasant as possible, and to respect the wildlife and our neighbours, we have a few simple house guidelines:

1. Quiet Time

• Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM on wards. This helps us respect both the neighbours and the beautiful local wildlife.

2. Parties and fireworks are not permitted under any circumstances.

3. Food & Wildlife

• Please do not leave food outside. We share this mountain environment with wildlife such as deers and the rare, elusive bear. Leaving food out can attract them. This include after using the barbecue.

4. Furry friends!

• We kindly ask that they stay off the furniture and are not allowed in the upstairs area, as it’s where the bedrooms are located. This helps ensure a comfortable and clean space for everyone. We want all our guests, both human and canine, to feel at home and enjoy the space responsibly.
  

5. Smoking

• No smoking inside the house, please. Use outdoor areas if you wish to smoke and throw your cigarette buds away in the bin.

6. Stufas

• We have stufas in the house for heating. If you are not comfortable with using a stufa, please use the wall heaters instead as unsafe use of a stufa can be dangerous.

7. Checkout

• Check out is at 10am
• Please close and lock all the windows and doors before leaving
