Offering a blend of traditional charm and contemporary amenities, our property ensures a stay that combines relaxation with the joy of nature and outdoor activities, all while being mindful of the environment with its renewable energy sources. Inside, the house is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It features three well-appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers, ensuring ample space and privacy for all guests. For entertainment and convenience, the house is fitted with a Smart TV, a whirlpool bath tub for relaxing evenings, and a washing machine exclusively for guest use. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob, an induction hob, a coffee machine, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher, making meal preparation a breeze. The outdoor space of this property is truly where it shines. Guests can enjoy the exclusive use of a spacious garden, completely fenced in to ensure privacy and safety for pets. Two large dogs are welcome, allowing guests to enjoy their vacation without leaving their furry friends behind. Located directly on multiple MTB tracks, the environment around the holiday house invites guests for amazing bike rides, offering an excellent opportunity to explore the natural beauty and charming locales around Gardasee. The area is renowned for its scenic landscapes, providing an ideal setting for outdoor enthusiasts and those looking to enjoy a peaceful getaway from the hustle and bustle.

The property manager will meet you at the Coop supermarket in Vigne (Via Luigi Negrelli 22, 38062 Arco, Italy) to accompany you to the house. It is about a 20-minute drive, so we recommend that you stock up on food and essentials before you leave, as there are no supermarkets in San Giovanni. Once you arrive, they will give you a tour of the house and hand over the keys.
